in the last weekAbsolutely ridiculous! Didn’t get my main meal that I ordered. Called and asked what the deal is and was told to call door dash and got hung up on. No accountability or responsibility. Horrible staff and training. I will be contacting the BBB. This isn’t over. Not by a long shot.

in the last weekHorrible experience 10/01/2026. I usually patronize this restaurant at least once a week. However after today I will not step a toe in that place. The waitress we had was terrible. Kept getting orders wrong. On top of that also had to come to the table multiple times because she would forget to bring items such as straws, refills etc. Then to top it off we were served spoiled slaw. It looked and smelled rancid. The manager who was informed of the situation offered no solutions to make the situation right. Only offered to counsel the waitress. Was not concerned on why there would be spoiled food to be served in the first place. That’s definitely a leadership issue.

in the last weekWe ate at the Cracker Barrel on Hacks Cross tonight. Frederica did an amazing job, knowledgeable,& personable! The store was clean and organized. Service was very fast and the order was correct, we will be going back!
